PanAmerican Seed is proud of its wide assortment of basil seed offerings, including Newton, a fast-growing variety with high resistance to Fusarium. It has traditional Genovese flavor, and unlike similar varieties, it doesn’t have a licorice aftertaste, appealing to consumers. This basil’s leaves are large, bright green and crinkled, making it great for vegetable wraps and fresh chopped herbs.
