CEA growers looking for a certified organic fertilizer now have it with a new option from Hort Americas in partnership with Avé Organics. The OAN 10-0-0 delivers a 100% plant-available source of nitrogen in a ready-to-use liquid formulation. It’s produced in the United States and it’s OMRI approved.

“OAN 10-0-0 is the next step in creating sustainable and productive organic systems,” said Chris Higgins, president of Hort Americas, in the announcement. “It gives growers the immediate uptake of nitrate nitrogen and the lasting benefits of ammonium nitrogen. It also does this without the handling challenges, logistics issues, odor or inconsistencies of traditional inputs.”
